These are Meads made by mixing honey and fruit to create different flavours and colours!
Years ago, this would have been a great way to preserve fruit before it was spoilt, so the options are limitless really
Mostly we use hedgerow fruit and often collect bruised or fallen fruit from local growers so nothing gets wasted
