This is a pure honey mead made with 100% raw Oxfordshire varietal honey. We support local beekeepers, and use single season honeys to produce our traditional range, which will vary from batch to batch as a result
Made by blending honey and water and fermenting fully, before being left to gracefully age, developing complex rich flavours to delight the palate.
